After 14 months of aging in one-year-old French oak barrels, the wine undergoes gentle alcohol removal. Without ethanol, the final profile is naturally lighter in body—reminiscent of a lighter-styled claret—with integrated tannins, subtle oak structure, and layered notes of cassis, dried herbs, and cocoa.
